After the presentation of the company in the last fair Inhorgenta 2006 and on the occasion of the opening of its first store in the street calle Provenza 225 in Barcelona, annabcn presents the new jewelry collection Deep Sea.
We remain faithful to the provocation of the senses. Whereas The Offspring Collection charmed the sense of sight with a color blooming, the new Deep Sea Collection persuades the touch by means of textures. The sea and the life are inexhaustible inspiration sources that are present again in this collection. Submerged again in the sea depths we are exploring sensation that adorn our mermaids. The plastic beauty from the marine roughness emerges at the surface transformed into jewel. Corals, sponges, and seaweeds have shaped the metal, at the same time as resin have been transformed into life. As it couldnt be any other way, the ocean Muses, the pearls, play one more time an important role in this collection. Taking them off their cold transformation, they have been pampered with the smoothness of suede and silk, the warm of felt and the insinuation of tulle. Annabcn plays with different materials in order to offer a new jewelry collection where the metal is not the only main character.
